What is your wax melts made of?
At Urban Ivy Aromas we use Soy Wax as it is a non-toxic and cleaner-burning wax. It is made with no toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants which means our products are less likely to trigger allergies. Soy wax is a vegetable-based wax and does not give off any harmful by products such as black soot that can stain walls and curtains like the other leading waxes.
How do I use a wax melt?
Simply place one cube or segment of wax melt onto your burner and pop an unscented tea light into burner base and light.
When can I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days. We hand pour in small batches to ensure the highest quality in each and every single product (this can cause time delays during busy periods).
How will you send my order?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Classed tracking which needs to be signed for. If you are not home at time of delivery Royal mail will take your package to your local sorting office and will leave you a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If you are unhappy with your item, please email urbanivyaromas@gmail.com Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving delivery and must be unused and in it's original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item. Sadly items that have started to be used cannot be returned.
All items are posted intact in perfect condition. We cannot be held accountable for courier handling.
Why is there some white frosting on my melt?
Our melts are made with soy wax so there is a chance that some white frosting can develop in the curing process. This frosting will not change the scent throw of your melt.
