For any enquiries please contact us via email hello@urbanivyaromas.co.uk, or via our contact form on our website. Please allow 1 working day for a reply although we try our hardest to answer emails as quickly as we can.

Shipping

We only accept UK, Ireland & Europe.

Refunds

We will offer a full refund within 7 days of dispatch if goods mis-sent. We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Return postage will be at the purchaser’s cost. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused. We will refund postage where goods are returned due to manufacturing faults.

All items are posted intact in perfect condition. We cannot be held accountable for courier handling.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 5 to 7 days, however some products are made to order and may take longer.

Products will only be dispatched after receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery will normally be within 3-4 working days from dispatch.

REACH & CLP

All Urban Ivy Aromas products have Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) prepared in accordance with REACH Regulation EC No.1907/2006. These are available on request. In addition safety labels include information required by Regulation EC No.1272/2008 on CLP.
